Conveniently located on top of a shopping mall and directly connected to the train station, this hotel features friendly staff and a laundry facility. The onsen was a delightful bonus, though noise from the station could be bothersome at times.

Convenient location near train station and shops.

Finding the hotel was a frustrating challenge. Directions were poor and mostly in Japanese, making it hard for non-speaking tourists. The noise from the trains was disruptive, especially early morning. Additionally, Wi-Fi connectivity was atrocious, rendering it almost unusable during my stay.

My stay at Tenseien Odawara Station Annex had some highlights and a few drawbacks. The room equipped with two king single beds offered a lot of comfort, and the ventilation kept the air nice and fresh. The location close to the train station made it easy to explore. I loved the rooftop foot bath. the views were beautiful, especially at sunset. However, finding the hotel was quite challenging when arriving by train. Better signage at the station would really help. Additionally, I’d hoped for more restaurant options since the main dining area seemed to have limited availability. Overall, the good comforts didn’t quite balance out the navigational issues.

Convenient Location with Comfort

My stay here was quite enjoyable, especially with the room being spacious by Japanese standards. I loved the rooftop foot bath with stunning views and the proximity to many restaurants and groceries just outside. However, the directions to find the hotel from the station could definitely be improved.

Awesome location right next to the train station! Super clean room with a good breakfast buffet. Staff were really helpful when I needed assistance (like figuring out places to eat! ).
